Using the Web Embed App

Embed any webpage directly on your digital signage — from dashboards and social feeds to internal tools and live data.

1

Open the Web Embed app

In the App Store, find and open the Web Embed (or Website) app. This app lets you display any webpage as signage content.

2

Enter the URL

Create a new instance and paste the full URL of the webpage you want to display. The app loads the page in an iframe on your signage screen.

Some websites block iframe embedding for security reasons (using X-Frame-Options or CSP headers). If a page doesn't load, the site may not allow embedding.

3

Preview the embed

Preview how the page looks at signage resolution. Some websites may need scrolling disabled or may not be optimized for TV-size displays. Dashboards and single-page views work best.

For Google Slides or other presentation tools, use the "Publish to web" URL for the cleanest embed experience.

4

Common use cases

Popular uses include displaying Google Slides presentations, social media feeds, live dashboards (Google Analytics, Grafana), company portals, and menu boards from external services.

The page refreshes periodically to keep data current. This is ideal for dashboards and live data displays.

5

Add to your playlist

Add the configured Web Embed to a playlist, set the display duration, and assign to a screen. The embedded page will display alongside your other content.
