1

View all your screens

The Screens page shows all registered screens with their status (online/offline), assigned content, and last activity. Use this as your control center for managing all displays.

2

Name screens descriptively

Use a consistent naming convention like "Location - Room - Purpose" (e.g., "HQ - Lobby - Welcome Display"). This makes it easy to find and manage screens at scale.

Establish a naming convention before adding screens. Renaming later is possible but easier to get right from the start.

3

Assign content in bulk

Select multiple screens and assign them the same playlist or channel at once. This is perfect for chain stores or multi-location businesses that show the same content everywhere.

4

Monitor screen status

Keep an eye on screen connectivity. The dashboard shows which screens are online, offline, or experiencing issues. Set up awareness so you're alerted when a screen goes offline.

If a screen shows as offline, check its internet connection first. Most connectivity issues are resolved by restarting the network or the player device.

5

Update content remotely

All content updates happen remotely through the CMS. Change a playlist and it updates on all assigned screens within seconds — no need to physically visit each display.

Content updates are pushed in real-time. Your screens will reflect changes almost instantly after you save.
